Resolver una planta dentro de un edificio que hace esquina siempre supone un reto a la hora de enfocar la distribución de los espacios, para que cada uno de ellos sea coherente y regular en la medida de lo posible.
El hilo conductor de la estrategia proyectual fue minimizar la superficie destinada a espacios de transición para maximizar la superficie de las habitaciones, reduciendo todas las conexiones dentro de la vivienda a un pequeño distribuidor en el centro de la vivienda.
La carpintería ha jugado un papel muy importante dentro de la vivienda, ya que la mayoría de los elementos se encuentran diseñados a medida con la intención de generar una consonancia espacial. De este modo, la propia vivienda es la que ordena y da respuesta al uso previsto para cada una de las diferentes zonas dentro de cada una de las estancias.
